Quality Control
Quality control inspection ensuring brake disc, brake drum, torque plate and valve components meet
dimensional tolerances and specifications before dispatching to customers.
Quality Control and Final Inspection Systems
Our quality control department performs dimensional verification, visual inspection, and documentation for brake disc, brake drum, torque plate and valve components before dispatch. Inspection personnel use calibrated measuring equipment, calipers, micrometers, to verify all dimensions against customer drawings. Brake drum mounting surfaces, friction diameters, and bearing bores are checked to ensure that they meet tolerances required for proper fitment and balanced rotation.
Visual inspection identifies surface defects, porosity, or inclusions that could affect component performance or appearance. Each brake component and valve item is examined for cracks, sand inclusions, and surface finish quality. Components that meet all specifications receive identification marking and move to packaging. Our QC process follows documented procedures required by IATF 16949:2016 certification, with inspection records maintained for customer audits and traceability. This systematic approach to quality verification ensures that brake components leaving our facility meet the performance and safety requirements of automobile applications.
