We are equipped with both cold core shooter and shell core shooter machines for making cores for different applications. We use online mixture and sand feeding system for core making process. In addition, we have Alpha-set core making process for industrial valve items of various sizes ranging from 3 inch to 36 inch.Our facility is supported by an advanced robotic system for core coating and cleaning, and online oven for coated core drying process between core shop and moulding line for core transfer.
Our core production follows patterns designed for specific brake disc, brake drum, torque plate, and valve component geometries. Core boxes form the shapes needed, and curing systems harden the sand-binder mixture to the strength required. Cores are inspected for dimensional accuracy and surface quality before assembly into molds to prevent defects in the castings. The core shop maintain consistent core properties across production runs to prevent variations which affect casting dimensions and quality.
